About The Position
Drive a dedicated local retail account for LIDL from the Fredericksburg, Virginia facility. The position averages approximately 1,300 miles per week, with deliveries throughout Virginia and Maryland. Drivers load and unload trailers using an electric pallet jack and reload returned freight at the distribution center. The role uses automatic-transmission trucks pulling 53-foot trailers and offers home-daily routes. The schedule is a five-day workweek, including weekends, with two consecutive days off per week. Hiring is currently for the night shift.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL.
- Minimum of 3 months of driving experience.
- Clean driving record.
- Valid DOT Medical Card.
- Drivers with SAP are not eligible.
- Reliable personal transportation for daily commuting to the Fredericksburg facility.
