WALMART CDL-A Driver – Mileage, Stop & Detention Pay
About The Position
Drive locally for Walmart from the Casa Grande, Arizona facility. The position averages 8–15 loads per week, with 3–4 stops per load. Freight is mostly no-touch and live-unload. Drivers use automatic day-cab trucks in a slip-seat operation; trucks cannot be taken home. The role includes mileage band pay, stop pay, and detention pay. Drivers are home daily but must be flexible to work any shift and have reliable daily transportation to the facility. Average weekly pay is $1,250, with top weekly pay of $1,550. Average annual pay is $65,360, with top annual pay of $79,818. A $1,000 Holiday Start Bonus is offered.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL.
- At least 3 months of verifiable CDL-A experience; confirm before posting.
- Clean driving record.
- Valid DOT Medical Card.
- Drivers with SAP are not eligible.
- Reliable daily transportation to the Casa Grande facility.
Responsibilities
