About The Position

The Dealership Service Writer / Service Advisor at Countryside McDonough is responsible for greeting customers, understanding their car issues, communicating with technicians, and writing up customer information. This role requires exceptional customer service skills, a team-player attitude, and the ability to follow site-specific and brand-specific procedures to ensure consistent and quality customer experiences. The position also involves any and all duties as assigned by management, and requires the flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and varied hours based on business needs. All employees are hired as temporary employees subject to a 90-day introductory period, during which they are not eligible for benefits. After this period, performance is reviewed for continued employment.

Requirements

Ability to walk and stand continuously
Lift up to 60 lbs
Bend, stoop
Climbing a ladder is required on occasion
