The associate prepares sold vehicles for delivery, reviews vehicle features with customers, maintains vehicle inventory, completes training, and assists with daily dealership activities.
Requirements
- Ability and eagerness to learn and demonstrate vehicle features.
- Great attitude and ability to take direction.
- Professional personal appearance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Consistent and solid work history and/or recent graduate status.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Responsibilities
- Prepare sold vehicles for delivery.
- Ensure all “we owe” items are complete before delivery.
- Inspect vehicles for cleanliness, defects, or damage.
- Fuel or charge vehicles.
- Ensure temporary plates and inspection stickers are installed.
- Activate and connect remote vehicle services upon delivery.
- Remove license plates from trade-ins.
- Review pertinent vehicle features with customers at delivery.
- Manage inventory placement, grouping, spacing, and cleanliness.
- Prepare and apply stock tags to vehicles and keys.
- Program keys into the KeyTrack system.
- Complete OEM certification and training.
- Learn the CRM and other applications.
- Assist with day-to-day activities as needed.
