About The Position

Key Auto Group is seeking a Dealership Sales Associate for Key Ford of Rockland. The role focuses on helping customers find a vehicle and building lasting customer relationships. The company emphasizes team development, training, internal promotion, and a customer-focused culture. The Sales Associate provides consultative assistance throughout the vehicle selection process, develops expertise in vehicle products and technologies, and delivers professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles. The position reports to the Sales Manager and includes commission pay, a starting training salary of $2,600 in the first month, and monthly and annual bonuses.

Responsibilities

Build lasting customer relationships and develop a clientele.
Use consultative selling skills to help customers select vehicles by asking questions and listening to their needs.

Understand product offerings, optional packages, and current technologies.
Conduct professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles.
Follow up with buyers to encourage successful referral business.
Learn to overcome objections and succeed in sales situations.
Report objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses to the Sales Manager.
Bring a positive attitude and strong effort to work each day.
