About The Position

Boyd Gaming Corporation is seeking motivated individuals to enroll in their free Table Games dealer school. This program offers the opportunity to learn to deal in as little as 4 weeks, with guaranteed full-time positions upon successful completion. Trainees will earn $25 per hour during the training period, and average dealer pay, including base pay and tips from a tip pool, exceeds $25.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have an energetic, outgoing personality.
• Must be able to pass a timed, basic math test.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Gaming License.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Must be able to perform basic math quickly.
• Must be able to obtain a LA Gaming Permit.

Nice To Haves

• No experience is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Learn to deal various table games.
• Successfully complete the Dealer School program.
• Work all shifts as a Table Games dealer.
• Stand, sit, or walk for long periods of time.
