About The Position

Lucky Eagle Casino & Hotel is now accepting applications for FREE Table Games Dealer Training Program. This program is designed for individuals interested in pursuing a career in gaming industry. No prior experience is required. Participants who successfully complete the training program may be considered for available Table Games Dealer positions.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must successfully pass a background check
• Strong communication and guest service skills
• Ability to learn quickly and work in fast-paced environments
• Must maintain consistent attendance throughout the program

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply table game rules, procedures, and gaming techniques
• Demonstrate proper chip handling and game protection
• Provide excellent guest service in a simulated and live training environment
• Adhere to all gaming regulations, internal controls, and Tribal Gaming Agency and Lucky Eagle Casino & Hotel policies.
