About The Position

Bulmann Dock & Lift is a Northern Michigan manufacturer of docks, boat lifts, and waterfront systems that sells through a network of marine dealers and distributors. The company is hiring an experienced Dealer Sales Representative / Territory Manager to develop and maintain relationships with its marine dealer network. The role focuses on B2B sales, supporting existing dealers, onboarding new dealers, and providing the tools, training, and resources dealers need to sell and install products successfully.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales.
• Experience with dealer or distributor account management.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Nice To Haves

• B2B sales experience in the marine, outdoor recreation, or equipment manufacturing industries.
• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with dock or boat lift systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a defined dealer sales territory.
• Build long-term relationships with current and prospective dealers.
• Conduct on-site dealer visits, product demonstrations, and training sessions.
• Present and negotiate wholesale pricing, programs, and promotional opportunities.
• Monitor dealer performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth order fulfillment and installation.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of dealer interactions.
