About The Position

Parkwest Casino is hiring card dealers to help create a fresh casino culture and give guests an engaging experience that encourages them to return. Dealers participate in an interactive training course covering prior experience, cardroom table games, and procedures. The role emphasizes accuracy, guest service, consistent game pace, teamwork, and commitment. Prior dealing knowledge is a plus, and the casino provides an environment to develop table-game knowledge.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Open availability.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must provide evidence of employment eligibility in the United States.
• Must pass a mandatory drug test, criminal background check, and credit check.
• Must be able to perform all essential duties with or without accommodation.
• Must be able to lift and carry tools, supplies, and inventory weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to walk, stand, sit, and bend at the neck for six or more hours a day.
• Must be able to perform repetitive hand actions, including simple and power grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, pulling, and reaching for the entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Deal card games and provide guests with an engaging experience.
• Complete an interactive training course covering cardroom table games and procedures.
• Control table games while keeping mistakes to no more than two for any table game in a three-month period.
• Provide superior guest service.
• Maintain an appropriate number of hands per down, staying within 5% of the mean for each table game offered.
• Attend work consistently and contribute to teamwork.
