About The Position

The Dealer deals assigned live table games in accordance with established policies, standard game rules, company procedures, and applicable gaming regulations. The role provides timely, outstanding customer service to guests and fellow team members. Dealers learn and rotate through multiple seated and standing table games, complete required records, and alert a supervisor to game, personnel, regulatory, or operational irregularities. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Maintain current knowledge of applicable company policies and gaming regulations.
• Must have excellent customer service skills.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods for the majority of the shift.
• Must be able to bend and reach across a gaming table.
• Must be able to use hands to deal and collect playing cards.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.

Nice To Haves

• Six months of prior experience or completion of dealer’s school is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deal assigned live table games according to established policies, standard rules, company procedures, and applicable gaming regulations.
• Shuffle and deal cards accurately to customers and quickly calculate the face value of cards.
• Exchange cash for the proper denominations of chips.
• Collect losing bets and cards from customers’ betting squares.
• Pay winning bets and place chips in the appropriate betting squares.
• Complete required forms, records, and documents.
• Notify a supervisor of game irregularities, possible gaming violations, personnel concerns, or operational problems.
• Provide timely, outstanding customer service to guests and fellow team members.
• Learn, deal, and rotate through multiple seated and standing table games.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
