About The Position

Deal assigned games accurately while providing outstanding customer service. Conduct games according to standard rules, company procedures, and applicable gaming regulations. Shuffle and deal cards, calculate card values, exchange cash for chips, collect losing bets and cards, and pay winning bets. Complete required forms, records, and documents.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Maintain current knowledge of applicable company policies and gaming regulations.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods for the majority of the shift.
• Ability to bend and reach across a gaming table.
• Ability to use hands to deal and collect playing cards.
• Ability to obtain and maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.

Nice To Haves

• Six months of prior experience or completion of dealer school is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deal assigned games accurately while providing outstanding customer service.
• Follow standard game rules, company procedures, and applicable gaming regulations.
• Shuffle and deal cards accurately to customers.
• Quickly and accurately calculate the face value of cards.
• Exchange cash for the proper denominations of chips.
• Pick up losing bets and cards from customers’ betting squares.
• Pay winning bets and place chips in the appropriate betting squares.
• Complete required forms, records, and documents.
