About The Position

Parkwest Casino is hiring card dealers to help create a fresh casino culture and provide guests with an engaging, memorable cardroom experience. Dealers receive highly interactive training covering relevant experience, cardroom table games, and procedures. The role emphasizes accuracy, guest service, teamwork, commitment, and continuous improvement. Prior dealing knowledge is a plus, and the casino provides an environment in which employees can develop their table-game knowledge.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must provide evidence of U.S. employment eligibility.
• Must pass a mandatory drug test, criminal background check, and credit check.
• Must be able to perform all essential duties with or without accommodation.
• Must be able to lift and carry tools, supplies, and inventory weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to walk, stand, sit, and bend at the neck for six or more hours a day.
• Must be able to repeatedly use hands for simple and power grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, pulling, and reaching for the entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Deal cardroom table games and create an engaging guest experience.
• Complete a highly interactive training course covering cardroom table games and procedures.
• Control table games while keeping mistakes to no more than two per table game in a three-month period.
• Provide superior guest service.
• Maintain an appropriate number of hands per down, staying within 5% of the mean for each table game offered.
• Work reliably and collaboratively with teammates.
