About The Position

Bulmann Dock & Lift is a Northern Michigan manufacturer of docks, boat lifts, and waterfront systems, with more than 24 years in business. The company works with marine dealers and distributors to bring its products to market. The Dealer Sales Representative / Territory Manager develops and maintains relationships with this dealer network, focusing on B2B sales. The role supports existing dealers, onboards new dealers, and provides the tools, training, and resources needed to sell and install the company's products successfully.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the marine, outdoor recreation, or equipment manufacturing industries.
• Experience with dealer or distributor account management.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Nice To Haves

• Mechanical aptitude.
• Familiarity with dock and boat lift systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a defined dealer sales territory.
• Build long-term relationships with current and prospective dealers.
• Conduct on-site dealer visits, product demonstrations, and training sessions.
• Present and negotiate wholesale pricing, programs, and promotional opportunities.
• Monitor dealer performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth order fulfillment and installation.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of dealer interactions.
