About The Position

Autocartel is a privately owned lot service company specializing in automotive photography and videography for dealerships. The Dealer Lot Services Specialist supports dealerships in the College Station area by photographing and recording vehicle inventory and uploading media and vehicle data to the company's internal system. The role involves traveling to assigned dealerships on scheduled days, staging vehicles, capturing photos and walkaround videos, and maintaining professional communication with dealership contacts. It is a hands-on position suited to self-starters who can work independently and produce accurate, high-quality work.

Required driver's license.
Must reside within the College Station, Texas area.

Responsibilities

Travel to assigned dealerships throughout the assigned area.
Stage and photograph vehicles according to Autocartel standards.
Capture walkaround videos for online platforms.
Upload photos and videos to the internal system.
Enter accurate vehicle data efficiently.
Communicate consistently and professionally with dealerships and managers.
Perform physical work outdoors for up to eight hours daily.
Drive a variety of vehicles with manual and automatic transmissions.
Make consistent, timely, and accurate visits to support client relationships.
Use productive thinking and self-discipline to manage time, travel, and routes efficiently.
Maintain a high level of attention to detail.

Benefits

Starting pay of $15.00 per hour.
Eligibility for production-based bonuses after the first 30 days.
After the 60th day, base pay increases to $17.50 per hour while remaining eligible for production-based bonuses.
Most employees average $25–$35 per hour when bonuses are included.
Profit sharing, with 50% shared with all employees.
Monday–Friday schedule.
Full-time employees can average 30–35 hours per week.
