Dealer Lot Services Specialist Team Lead
About The Position
Autocartel is hiring a Dealer Lot Services Specialist Team Lead to support the Dallas Operations Manager with dealership photography and videography needs. The role travels to dealerships around the Dallas area on scheduled days to photograph and video vehicle inventory and upload media into an internal database. It is a fast-paced, physically demanding, hands-on position suited to self-starters who work independently, enjoy being around cars, and take pride in high-quality work. The position includes outdoor work for up to eight hours daily and driving a variety of vehicles, including manual and automatic transmissions. The role is full-time, with a Monday–Friday schedule; full-time employees may average 30–35 hours per week. Starting pay is $19.50 per hour, with production-based bonuses available after the first 30 days. The posting says employees commonly average $25–$35 per hour when bonuses are included. The position is based in Dallas, Texas, and candidates must reside in the specified area.

Responsibilities
- Travel to assigned dealerships throughout the assigned area.
- Stage and photograph vehicles according to AutoCartel standards.
- Capture walkaround videos for online platforms.
- Upload photos and videos to the internal system.
- Enter accurate vehicle data efficiently.
- Communicate consistently and professionally with dealerships and managers.
- Perform physical work outdoors for up to eight hours daily.
- Drive a variety of vehicles, including manual and automatic transmissions.
- Make consistent and timely visits and maintain accuracy to support ongoing client relationships.
- Use productive thinking and self-discipline to maximize time efficiency, including travel time and routes.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail.
