Dealer Lot Services Specialist Team Lead
About The Position
Autocartel is hiring a Dealer Lot Services Specialist Team Lead to support the Dallas Operations Manager and assist photographers and dealerships with automotive photography and videography. The role involves traveling to assigned dealerships around the Dallas area on scheduled days to photograph and video vehicle inventory, then uploading the media to the company’s internal database. This is a fast-paced, hands-on position suited to self-starters who can work autonomously and take pride in producing high-quality work. The work is physically demanding and performed outdoors for up to eight hours a day. The team lead stages vehicles, captures photos and walkaround videos, enters accurate vehicle data, communicates professionally with dealership contacts and managers, and maintains reliable, timely visits. The role also requires driving a variety of vehicles, including manual and automatic transmissions, and using productive planning and self-discipline to manage travel time and routes. The position is based in Dallas, Texas, and candidates must reside in the specified area. The schedule is Monday through Friday. Full-time employees may average 30–35 hours per week. Starting pay is $19.50 per hour, with eligibility for production-based bonuses after the first 30 days; the posting says most employees average $25–$35 per hour including bonuses.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year of experience in a customer service position.
- Valid driver's license.
- Reliable transportation.
- Clean driving and criminal records.
- High-speed internet and a home printer.
- Comfort working outdoors in active, fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and self-motivation.
- Willingness to adapt to changing routes and schedules.
- Car photography experience, or interest and ability to learn.
- Ability to lift 25 pounds.

Responsibilities
- Travel to assigned dealerships throughout the assigned area.
- Stage and photograph vehicles according to AutoCartel standards.
- Capture walkaround videos for online platforms.
- Upload photos and videos to the internal system.
- Input accurate vehicle data efficiently.
- Communicate consistently and professionally with dealerships and managers.
- Perform physical work outdoors for up to eight hours daily.
- Drive a variety of vehicles with manual and automatic transmissions.
- Maintain consistent visits, timeliness, and accuracy to support client relationships.
- Plan travel time and routes productively and manage time efficiently.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail.
