About The Position

The Deal Operations Specialist is responsible for data entry and transaction processing. The role creates and processes listing and pending transactions, maintains information across real estate databases, and supports agents by answering questions and ensuring required paperwork is compliant.

Requirements

At least 1–2 years of experience in data entry, customer service, or real estate-related roles.
Skill using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams, and ability to learn internal and external real estate applications.
Excellent written and oral customer service and communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with speed and accuracy.
Creative problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate successfully with different audiences and adapt to support different customers.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain flexible as business needs change in a team environment, while managing deadlines and time constraints.
Strong file management skills and attention to detail.
Customer-focused and delivery-oriented, with the ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

Review and audit documentation to ensure it is placed properly in the system.
Enter information and upload documents and photos into the local MLS.
Create and manage transactions in the operating system.
Communicate with Sales Associates about incomplete files.
Work with Agent Services staff to ensure data accuracy and compliance and prevent errors.
Provide customer support to agents and supporting staff at branches.
Perform additional duties as required by business needs.
