About The Position

Ferguson is hiring a DC Equipment Operator for mid-shift Shipping. The role supports warehouse operations and the movement of products, with a focus on accurate shipment processing, order resolution, safe work practices, and dependable attendance. The stated schedule is Monday through Friday, 5 p.m. to 1:30 a.m., with overtime as needed. The starting rate is $24.50 per hour, with the opportunity to earn up to an additional $5.50 per hour based on individual performance, for a maximum total of $30 per hour.

Responsibilities

Ensure inbound shipments are received and registered accurately.
Perform general warehouse activities that support the movement of products throughout the warehouse.
Assist site management with health, safety, and environmental compliance by completing necessary documentation and records.
Resolve orders that cannot be dispatched or are on hold by liaising with other departments.
Pick and pack goods for dispatch.
Follow company policies, procedures, and health, safety, and environmental requirements.
Maintain consistent and dependable attendance.
Carry out other tasks as assigned to assist warehouse operations.
