About The Position
Ferguson is hiring a DC Equipment Operator for mid-shift Shipping. The role supports warehouse operations and accurate, timely product movement and dispatch. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 5:00 p.m. to 1:30 a.m., with overtime as needed. The starting rate is $24.50 per hour, with the opportunity to earn up to an additional $5.50 per hour based on individual performance, for a maximum total of $30 per hour. Responsibilities
- Ensure inbound shipments are received and registered accurately.
- Perform general warehouse activities that support product movement throughout the warehouse.
- Assist site management with health, safety, and environmental compliance by completing required documentation and records.
- Resolve orders that cannot be dispatched or are on hold by coordinating with other departments.
- Pick and pack goods for dispatch.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and health, safety, and environmental requirements.
- Maintain consistent and dependable attendance.
- Perform other tasks as assigned to support warehouse operations.
