About The Position

TBC Corporation is hiring newly experienced and seasoned warehouse associates for a full-time career. The DC Associate performs operational activities in a Distribution Center warehouse to support efficient and accurate fulfillment of customer orders and receipt of replenishment products. The role includes safely handling warehouse equipment, using RF technology, receiving and inspecting deliveries, picking and staging products, and maintaining an organized and clean work area.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license.
• Safety-first mentality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively while bending and twisting, and occasionally lift more than 50 pounds.
• Employment is contingent upon a conditional offer and completion of required pre-employment screenings, as permitted by law.

Nice To Haves

• Forklift certification preferred.
• Experience with RF scanners preferred.
• Prior distribution center experience preferred.
• Prior material handling equipment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate various material handling equipment (MHE) safely and efficiently.
• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of products.
• Unload and put away product using radio frequency (RF) technology.
• Inspect inbound deliveries for overages and shortages (OSD).
• Pick and stage product.
• Load trucks.
• Maintain organization of products in the warehouse.
• Assist the center in optimizing operations and customer service to achieve its business plan and distribution center profitability.
• Participate in cycle counts or physical inventory processes as required.
• Maintain a clean work area and assist with overall distribution center sanitation.
• Complete MHE reports as required by company policy and OSHA regulations.
• Perform other tasks as defined by the Supervisor or Center Manager.
• Abide by all federal, state, and local laws.
• Perform other duties as assigned or requested.
