About The Position

The DC Associate performs material receiving, stocking, and picking functions to fulfill the Eastern Auto Parts Warehouse’s requirements. The role also includes general warehouse duties such as housekeeping and product rearrangement, along with other duties assigned by management. The associate uses electronic scanning equipment to receive, stock, locate, and pick inventory, while meeting established productivity and accuracy requirements. This position has no supervisory responsibility.

Requirements

• Ability to meet productivity requirements for order completion, fill-rate accuracy, and lines picked and packed.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule between core hours of 6:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., including Saturdays.
• Ability to pass random drug screening.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a sense of urgency.
• Ability to multitask and shift priorities as needed.
• Ability to work in a team environment and self-motivate.
• Ability to be certified in warehouse equipment usage.

• Receive and stock material and pick warehouse inventory using electronic scanning equipment.
• Accurately store, locate, and pick warehouse inventory.
• Perform general warehouse duties, including housekeeping and product rearrangement, and other duties assigned by management.
• Meet established productivity requirements for order completion, fill-rate accuracy, and lines picked and packed.
