About The Position

Smithfield's Chicken 'N Bar-B-Q is seeking an experienced restaurant shift manager to open and lead the restaurant Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. This critical role involves handling scratch-made menu items and ensuring guests receive an exceptionally high level of service. The role is full-time and daytime, with an hourly wage in the $19–$20 range. Health, dental, and life insurance eligibility and PTO accrual begin after six months.

Requirements

• Experience as a restaurant leader.
• Current or very recent drive-through experience.
• High standards of operational execution.
• Guest-advocacy mindset.
• Hands-on leadership style.
• Upbeat personality.
• Solid communication skills and professional appearance.
• Ability to taste and handle all menu items.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50 pounds from the ground up.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience as a general manager or assistant general manager who wants to step away from nights and weekends.
