About The Position

Smithfield's Chicken 'N Bar-B-Q is seeking an experienced restaurant shift manager to open and lead the restaurant Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This critical role involves handling scratch-made menu items and ensuring guests receive an exceptionally high level of service. The position is a full-time daytime role.

Requirements

• Experienced restaurant leader.
• Current or very recent experience with a drive-thru.
• High standards of operational execution.
• Hands-on leadership style.
• Upbeat personality.
• Solid communication skills and professional appearance.
• Standard-driven approach to delivering fantastic food, value, and customer service.
• Must be able to taste and handle all menu items.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift 50 pounds from the ground up.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager, particularly for someone looking to step away from nights and weekends.

Responsibilities
