About The Position

Smithfield's Chicken 'N Bar-B-Q is seeking an experienced restaurant shift manager to open and lead the restaurant Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. This role is responsible for handling scratch-made menu items and ensuring guests receive service at an exceptionally high level. The position is a full-time daytime role.

Requirements

• Restaurant leadership experience.
• Current or very recent drive-thru experience.
• High standards of operational execution.
• Hands-on leadership style.
• Upbeat personality.
• Solid communication skills and professional appearance.
• Ability to meet standards for food, value, and customer service.
• Ability to taste and handle all menu items.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds from the ground up.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager, particularly for someone seeking to move away from night and weekend shifts.
