About The Position

Smithfield's Chicken 'N Bar-B-Q is seeking an experienced restaurant shift manager to open and lead the restaurant Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. This role involves handling scratch-made menu items and ensuring guests receive service at an exceptionally high level. It is a full-time daytime position.

Requirements

• Restaurant leadership experience.
• Current or very recent drive-through experience.
• High standards of operational execution.
• Hands-on leadership style.
• Upbeat personality.
• Solid communication skills and professional appearance.
• Must be able to taste and handle all menu items.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift 50 pounds from ground level.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience as a general manager or assistant general manager who wants to step away from nights and weekends.
