About The Position

Smithfield's Chicken 'N Bar-B-Q is seeking an experienced restaurant shift manager to open and lead the restaurant Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This role is responsible for handling the restaurant’s scratch-made menu items and ensuring guests receive service at an exceptionally high level. The position is a full-time daytime role.

Requirements

• Experienced restaurant leader.
• Current or very recent experience with a drive-thru.
• High standards of operational execution.
• Guest-advocate approach.
• Hands-on leadership style.
• Upbeat personality.
• Solid communication skills and professional appearance.
• Standard-driven approach to food, value, and customer service.
• Ability to taste and handle all menu items.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50 pounds from the ground up.

• Previous general manager or assistant general manager experience; particularly suited to someone seeking to step away from nights and weekends.
