About The Position

Smithfield's Chicken 'N Bar-B-Q is seeking an experienced restaurant shift manager to open and lead the restaurant Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. This role is responsible for handling scratch-made menu items and ensuring guests are served at an exceptionally high level. The position is full-time and daytime, with an hourly wage of $19–$20. Health, dental, and life insurance eligibility and PTO accrual begin after six months.

Requirements

• Experienced restaurant leader with current or very recent drive-thru experience.

• Ability to taste and handle all menu items.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50 pounds from the ground.
