About The Position

Smithfield's Chicken 'N Bar-B-Q is seeking an experienced restaurant shift manager to open and lead the restaurant Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. This role involves handling scratch-made menu items and ensuring guests are served at an exceptionally high level. The position is a full-time daytime role with an hourly wage in the $19–$20 range.

Requirements

• Experienced restaurant leader.
• Current or very recent experience with drive-thru operations.
• High standards of operational execution.
• Hands-on leadership style.
• Upbeat personality.
• Solid communication skills and professional appearance.
• Able to taste and handle all menu items.
• Able to stand for extended periods.
• Able to lift 50 pounds from the ground up.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience as a general manager or assistant general manager, particularly for someone seeking to step away from nights and weekends.

Responsibilities
