About The Position

Smithfield's Chicken 'N Bar-B-Q is seeking an experienced restaurant shift manager to open and lead the restaurant Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. This role involves handling scratch-made menu items and ensuring guests receive exceptionally high-quality service. The ideal candidate is an experienced restaurant leader, potentially a former general manager or assistant general manager seeking to move away from nights and weekends.

Requirements

• Current or very recent restaurant leadership experience, including drive-through experience.
• High standards of operational execution.
• Guest-focused approach and commitment to resolving guest dissatisfaction.
• Hands-on leadership style.
• Upbeat personality.
• Solid communication skills and professional appearance.
• Ability to taste and handle all menu items.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds from the ground.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience as a general manager or assistant general manager.
• Interest in moving away from night and weekend shifts.
