About The Position

Smithfield's Chicken 'N Bar-B-Q is seeking an experienced restaurant shift manager to open and lead the restaurant Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. This role involves handling scratch-made menu items and ensuring guests receive an exceptionally high level of service. The position is a full-time daytime role with an hourly wage in the $19–$20 range. Health, dental, and life insurance eligibility begins after six months, and PTO accrual also begins after six months. The restaurant offers high-quality products and well-maintained facilities.

Requirements

• Experienced restaurant leader.
• Current or very recent experience with drive-thru operations.
• High standards of operational execution.
• Hands-on leadership style.
• Upbeat personality.
• Solid communication skills and professional appearance.
• Must be able to taste and handle all menu items.
• Ability to be on your feet for extended periods.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds from the ground up.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager, particularly for candidates seeking to step away from nights and weekends.
