Daycare Teacher
About The Position
The Learning Experience is hiring full-time lead and assistant teachers to work with infants, toddlers, twaddlers, preppers, and preschool-aged children, as well as part-time assistant teachers for the closing shift. Teachers may be assigned to different age groups based on classroom needs and must be willing to work with children across various age groups. Full-time applicants must have open availability for any shift to meet the school’s scheduling needs; the part-time closing shift is 12:30 PM–6:30 PM. Applicants must be comfortable with diaper changing and potty training, which are required responsibilities. Training will be provided. The role supports early childhood learning through nurturing care and engaging, hands-on activities that encourage children to explore and solve problems at their own pace. Compensation is $16.00–$19.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Benefits and eligibility vary by employment status; listed full-time benefits are available only to full-time employees.
