Requirements
- At least 6 months experience leading an early childhood classroom and creating educational lesson plans in a licensed center.
- Minimum of 12 Early Childhood Education units and 3 units related to Infants/Toddlers.
- The ability to meet state requirements for background, immunization, CPR/First Aid, and mandated reporter training requirements.
- Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
Responsibilities
- Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child in your classroom.
- Develop your ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, as well as effectively communicate with families.
- Complete extensive training that provides insight on child care, preschool and development topics.
- Implement our proprietary curriculum while creating fun, interactive learning experiences for the children.
