About The Position

La Petite Academy is hiring a Lead Teacher to inspire children to become lifelong learners. The role focuses on creating interactive learning experiences, supporting preschoolers’ social, physical, and intellectual growth, leading classroom management and curriculum implementation, and building relationships with families. The Lead Teacher also mentors fellow Teachers and ensures compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education requirements and childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
• Energetic, dependable, and passionate.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences and mentor fellow Teachers.
• Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation.
• Ensure compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards.
