About The Position

La Petite Academy is hiring a Lead Daycare Teacher to support preschool children’s learning and development. The role involves creating interactive learning experiences, mentoring fellow teachers, managing the classroom, implementing curriculum, and following licensing guidelines and company standards. The teacher will build relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support children’s achievement and the center’s success. The position requires engaging with children indoors and outdoors and participating in physical activity with them.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education requirements and childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
