Database Management Specialist - EQUiS
About The Position
AECOM is hiring a highly motivated Database Management Specialist II to use EQuIS on a range of environmental and engineering projects. The role coordinates with project teams on environmental sampling event planning, electronic field data collection, laboratory data management, and production of data products such as tables, graphics, maps, and statistical analyses. The specialist interfaces with laboratories and internal project teams, generates and/or reviews electronic deliverables for analytical data and field information, and ensures data workflows and products are timely and accurate while maintaining work quality, quantity, and efficiency at or above company standards. New hires are required to attend an in-person Day 1 onboarding at an AECOM office location. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Chemistry, or another related field.
- Experience with current environmental data management systems; EQuIS experience is preferred.
- Experience with Locus, ERPIMS, FUDSCHEM, or similar systems is a plus.
- Experience with SQL.
