About The Position

The Summer 2027 Key Technology and Services: Data Track Internship in Cleveland, OH, is a 10.5-week program designed to provide interns with meaningful work, feedback, coaching, and engaging events. Interns will work on line of business specific projects that impact Key's business and strategic pillars. The program includes networking opportunities, Learning Labs with speakers on various topics, and an assigned mentor. Key Technology & Services (KTS) is responsible for enabling the technology needs of business partners and clients, delivering efficient, reliable, and secure technology through innovation and collaboration. KTS plays a significant role in building enduring client relationships through innovative solutions and extraordinary service, and is accountable for critical functions such as Business Delivery, Enterprise Technology, Enterprise Data and Analytics Services, Enterprise Operations, and Enterprise Security. The Data & Analytics Track focuses on KTS Operations teams delivering world-class operations solutions and continual process improvements.

Requirements

• Must have completed at least three years toward a four-year, undergraduate degree program with focused coursework in Business, Operations, Data Science, System Administration, Industrial Engineering, Statistics/Mathematics, or related majors.
• Anticipated graduation of May 2028 or December 2027.
• Minimum undergraduate 3.0 GPA.
• Demonstrated leadership and teamwork from past work experience and/or extracurricular activities.
• Solid analytical, problem solving, communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in Excel, PowerPoint, Project, or related business software.
• Intellectual curiosity, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn.

• Participate in on-the-job training, including Excel and PowerPoint, Office 365, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and VBA.
• Enhance soft skills, problem resolution, and critical thinking.
• Utilize industry-leading software such as Tableau, ServiceNow, Visual Studio, Jira, Automation Anywhere, Jenkins, PowerShell, HTML, C#, Python, SQL, and JavaScript.
• Engage in Business Analysis & Optimization.
• Contribute to Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Perform Data Analytics and Reporting.
• Participate in Process Improvement activities.
• Assist with Project Management.
• Support Reporting and Analytics functions.
