About The Position

This position is responsible for maintaining the School District’s FTE student files and DOE State files. The role includes researching, documenting, and modifying student files. To ensure the quality of the DOE State files, the Data Quality Analyst analyzes and amends State files in a timely and accurate manner to provide the District with full FTE per student.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of experience as a data entry operator at the school or district level using the Student Records Data Base.
• Good oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly logical and technically proficient.
• Highly self-motivated with keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the School District’s FTE student files and DOE State files.
• Research, document, and modify student files.
• Analyze and amend DOE State files accurately and in a timely manner to support full FTE per student.
