About The Position

This position maintains the School District’s FTE student files and DOE State files by researching, documenting, and modifying student records. The Data Quality Analyst analyzes and amends DOE State files accurately and promptly to help ensure the District receives full FTE per student.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of experience as a data entry operator at the school or district level using the Student Records Data Base.
• Good oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly logical and technically proficient.
• Highly self-motivated, with keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain FTE student files for the School District and DOE State files.
• Research, document, and modify student files.
• Analyze and amend DOE State files in a timely and accurate manner to provide the District with full FTE per student.
