About The Position

Responsible for overseeing various administrative aspects of Hive textile management projects. Monitor orders to keep it on schedule. Candidates must have strong organizational, time management, and communication skills and the capacity to understand interior design language.

• Accuracy in pricing, entering proposals, and client, vendor, and shipping information
• Positive attitude and the ability to work in a team atmosphere
• Professional attire and appearance in keeping with Hive Collective's standards
• Ability and comfortable with multi-tasking
• Proficient in mastering computer processes are essential, including Lightspeed (POS System)
• Ensure HIVE values and vision are clearly defined, communicated, and embodied
• Organization, attention to detail, strong follow-up skills, and accountability are necessary

Responsibilities

• Represent Hive Collective lifestyle brand through communication, personal appearance, and professionalism.
• Manage all textile orders from quoting to post-delivery and follow up to assure a high level of customer service.
• Timely responses to clients and follow up on inquiries.
• Responsible for creating new clients and projects, along with proposals and purchase orders in Lightspeed.
• Update and track all textile (fabric & wallpaper) orders / deliveries.
• Provide pricing, stock, availability, and reserves for all textile inquiries.
• Coordinate with Accounting as invoices come in for approval, paid on time & proper paperwork.
• Assist with managing & updating Textile Excel Price Lists & Cheat Sheets.
• Communicate with Trade, Retail clients, and vendors throughout the ordering process.
• Quality control and report any damage to the appropriate vendor regarding any damage or delivery issues for client orders.
• Be fluid and flexible to support the growing and ever-changing needs of the business.
• Assist with close to open maintenance of the Showroom including trash removal, turning off lights and ensuring overall tidiness of the spaces.
