About the position
The job overview for this role is that Realtor.com is seeking data and analytical professionals to join their Data Analytics team. The team plays a crucial role in processing and analyzing large amounts of data to provide insights and recommendations for home buyers, sellers, renters, and real estate professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset and be able to build sophisticated tools and models, as well as serve as a trusted advisor to the Finance and Revenue teams. The responsibilities include supporting the Finance and Revenue organizations, driving insights through analysis, developing reports and dashboards, and collaborating with stakeholders.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a business-related or quantitative field
- 2+ years of experience as a Data Scientist, Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role
- Experience as an "analytic consultant" is highly preferred
- SQL fluency with experience using a scripting language like Python or R
- Experience building dashboards and using data visualization tools. Tableau experience is preferred
- Strategic mindset that enables one to learn how the Finance and Revenue organizations operate, understand their pain points and opportunities, and deliver data-driven recommendations that drive business value
- Strong communication skills to communicate complex information and strategies effectively to non-technical audiences
