Requirements

Speak and write Danish at a native level and communicate in English
Basic understanding and handling of computers
Excellent problem-solving skills and good interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple, competing priorities, tasks, and duties, as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to express your thoughts clearly and precisely
Must have an EU passport

Experience in customer support is an advantage

Responsibilities

Monitor and correct content on various platforms
Review user-generated content (e.g., sales ads)
Support the AI and bot department and learn about data-driven content
Follow communication procedures and guidelines
If AI and bots have not caught errors, but there are reported issues, you will step in manually to make corrections
