A Time Out Room Moderator is required to perform duties that include working collaboratively with the Lead Classroom Teacher, supporting classroom rules and protocols, motivating students, creating a positive online learning culture, maintaining high behavioral expectations, interpreting data to support student progress, providing individual assistance and small group tutoring, assisting with individual learning plans, communicating with students and their support networks, collaborating with teachers and administrators, participating in staff development and meetings, and ensuring the security of computer equipment. The role also involves performing other duties as deemed appropriate by the Lead Classroom Teacher and Principal.
