About The Position

Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a motivated professional for the Danish Speaking Rent-a-Car Consultant position in Bulgaria. This role in the tourism industry offers an opportunity to provide premium customer support and travel solutions for a prestigious international car rental brand, while enjoying the culture of Sofia. The consultant will provide exceptional service to customers across the Nordic region, manage reservation inquiries, modifications, and cancellations, resolve complex client issues, promote and upsell additional tourism services and vehicle upgrades, maintain professionalism while navigating digital reservation systems, collaborate with international teams, and contribute to the positive reputation of the client by delivering world-class support in Danish.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Danish (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• High level of digital literacy and the ability to work in an on-site, fast-paced environment in Sofia.
• A proactive attitude towards achieving personal and team-based KPIs.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in customer service or the tourism industry is considered a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication skills with a passion for helping travelers and tourists.
