About The Position

The Dancing Dealer accurately deals table games while providing excellent service to guests. The position reports to the Games Manager or the Supervisor on duty and rotates between dealing table games and dancing according to a predetermined schedule. The role requires professional, friendly, and enthusiastic communication with guests, team members, and management, as well as compliance with company, departmental, and Gaming Control Board rules and procedures.

The work may take place in areas that are unusually hot, cold, or noisy and may contain secondhand smoke. Job duties involve standing, walking, lifting, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and grasping, along with maintaining assigned areas and having frequent contact with guests and team members.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management in written and verbal form.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members and guests.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read and speak English.
• Ability to work any day of the week and any shift, including weekends and holidays.
• Normal or corrected vision, ability to see color, and ability to distinguish letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Ability to perform duties involving standing, walking, lifting, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and grasping.
