About The Position

The Dancing Bartender performs dances on an assigned daily schedule while providing strong guest service. The role calls for a fun, energetic, can-do attitude, frequent guest interaction, and the ability to multitask. The bartender prepares and serves drinks, processes orders, maintains bar cleanliness, and follows responsible alcohol service standards while adhering to the assigned dance schedule.

Requirements

Read and speak English and communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management in written and verbal form.
Understand and comply with company, departmental, and Gaming Control Board rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
Ability to multitask.
Availability to work any day of the week and any shift, including weekends and holidays.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members and guests.
Be at least 21 years of age.
Obtain all required work cards.
High school diploma or GED required.
Ability to kneel, carry, bend, walk, and stand for extended periods.
Ability to lift 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience as a bartender or apprentice bartender.
Some dance experience.

Responsibilities

Practice, support, and promote Company Service Standards at all times.
Perform assigned routines and individual dances in front of guests and large crowds.
Communicate with guests to meet their immediate needs.
Prepare, garnish, and serve drinks properly and promptly.
Accurately ring up orders in the POS system while socializing with guests.
Follow responsible alcohol service standards, including slowing down service or cutting off intoxicated guests when necessary.
Make suggestions to guests and answer questions about available drinks and their cost.
Work quickly and efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness of the bar and designated areas.
Adhere to the provided dance schedule.
Respond promptly to emergencies and incidents within designated areas according to policy.
