About The Position

Flair Bartenders work under the direction of the Beverage Manager, entertaining guests while expertly preparing their preferred beverages. They perform bar shows and demonstrate the ability to juggle, throw, and catch bottles and perform other mixing tricks. Outstanding guest service skills are required.

Requirements

• Read and speak English and communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management in written and verbal form.
• Understand and comply with company, departmental, and Gaming Control Board rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Ability to multitask.
• Availability to work any day of the week and any shift, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members and guests.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain required work cards.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Complete property academy as assigned.
• Comfortable kneeling, carrying, bending, walking, and standing for extended periods.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Flair performance ability, including juggling, throwing, and catching bottles and performing mixing tricks.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience as a Bartender or Apprentice Bartender preferred.

Responsibilities

• Practice, support, and promote Company Service Standards at all times.
• Perform routines for guests and large crowds during peak times and upon request.
• Communicate with guests to meet their immediate needs.
• Prepare, garnish, and serve drinks properly and promptly.
• Accurately enter orders in the POS system while socializing with guests.
• Follow responsible alcohol service standards, including slowing service or refusing service to intoxicated guests when necessary.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and incidents within designated areas according to policy.
