About The Position

As a Housekeeper for Traditions Hospitality Group at Golden Mesa Casino Hotel, you will help provide guests with a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment. The role contributes to guest satisfaction through attention to detail, cleanliness, and teamwork. Housekeepers clean and maintain guest rooms, replenish linens and guest supplies, report damage or maintenance concerns, and keep housekeeping areas and equipment organized. The position requires physical stamina, a positive attitude, and availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be able to pass a background check.
Must be able to obtain a Gaming License, if applicable.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning procedures.
Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift or move heavy objects.
Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
Presentable appearance and willingness to wear a uniform.
Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, dusting furniture, vacuuming carpets, and cleaning bathrooms.
Replace linens and towels as needed, ensuring they are clean and presentable.
Empty trash containers and dispose of waste in a sanitary manner.
Restock guest room amenities and supplies, such as toiletries and coffee.
Inspect rooms for damage or maintenance issues and report findings to the appropriate department.
Follow company policies and procedures concerning cleaning standards and guest privacy.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of housekeeping carts, storage areas, and equipment.
Collaborate with housekeeping team members to complete tasks on time and maintain overall property cleanliness.
