About The Position

As a Bartender for Traditions Hospitality Group at Golden Mesa Casino Cimmaron Ridge, you will craft and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while providing attentive, personalized service to guests. The role requires working efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume setting, maintaining the bar, handling transactions, monitoring supplies, and collaborating with staff to support guest satisfaction. The position may be full-time or part-time and has a stated hourly salary range of $10.00 to $10.00. The schedule may include evenings, weekends, and holidays. The working environment can be smoky and noisy, and the role requires wearing a costumed uniform.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old.
Must be able to obtain an ABLE Liquor License.
Must be able to obtain a Gaming License.
Must have a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Must be able to wear a costumed uniform.
Must be able to work in a smoky environment.
Must be able to stand and walk and work in a high-volume environment for extended periods.
Must be able to lift and carry moderate to heavy objects, including beverage cases and kegs.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience as a bartender in a high-volume bar environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages quickly and accurately.
Take guest orders, provide attentive personalized service, and offer recommendations.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar, including bar tops, utensils, and equipment.
Accurately and efficiently handle cash and credit transactions according to established procedures.
Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed during shifts.
Collaborate with other staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
Follow safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
