About The Position
As a Host for Traditions Hospitality at Golden Mesa Casino Cimmaron Ridge, you are the first point of contact for guests. You welcome guests, organize seating and waitlists, and help ensure a smooth dining experience. The role involves coordinating with servers and management, maintaining the host stand and lobby, and assisting with table resets and guest service. Requirements

Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and seat them promptly, accounting for server sections and reservations.
- Manage the waitlist, provide accurate wait times, and update guests on their status.
- Answer phone calls and assist with reservations, inquiries, and special requests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and lobby area.
- Coordinate with servers and management to support a smooth transition from seating to service.
- Assist with bussing and resetting tables as needed.
- Provide friendly and attentive service to guests throughout their dining experience.
- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe environment.
