About The Position

Restocks merchandise displays in retail stores by examining displays, replenishing and rotating stock, supporting store resets and promotions, and maintaining display areas. The role also delivers freezers using a non-CDL company vehicle, travels between store locations within an assigned territory, and works with department managers on ordering and out-of-stock issues. The schedule is Monday through Friday, and pay is $20.00 or more per hour, depending on experience.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred.
One to three months of related experience and/or training preferred.
Ability to understand policies, procedures, instructions, rules, regulations, safety training, and safety information written in English.
Ability to respond appropriately to written English materials and, when needed, provide reports, presentations, information, or communications in English.

Responsibilities

Examine merchandise displays to identify items in need of replenishment.
Pull back-stock from storage to refill displays, rotating stock using the FIFO system.
Work with department managers at store locations to explain or resolve out-of-stock situations and incorporate new items.
Complete Equipment Move Order paperwork; load a freezer onto a truck or trailer, drive a non-CDL company vehicle to deliver it, and plug it in at the designated customer location.
Stock storage areas and displays with new or transferred merchandise.
Participate in store displays and resets.
Set up advertising signs and merchandise displays on shelves, counters, or tables to attract customers and promote sales.
Travel between store locations in the assigned territory, or to other locations as requested, using a personal vehicle.
Attend and participate in routine or other meetings at the Dairy facility or other sites as required.
Clean display cases, shelves, and aisles.
Train Dairy Managers in proper ordering techniques.
Map and manage a route.
Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
Perform other duties as required.
